My name is Lisa Stark and just obtained my IFBB Pro status in Physique!!

It has been a VERY exciting and at times mentally/physically tough. I have learned so much since first stepping foot on that competitive stage in 2009. Taking something new I have learned with me from every show that I have competed in.  One of my goals/vision with  Rhino Fit Studios is to pass on that information to other competitors that are just starting their journey or have done several shows and looking for some help and guidance.

Rhino for me is a place for ALL fitness levels.  We are here to help you achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself.  As Rhino evolves we will adapt with you.   Rhino is a place we would like you to call your second home!

I am in the process myself in obtaining my nutrition certification along with my personal training through a very reputable certification: ISSA.  There are so many wonderful things I would like to do with this certification. Most important is to help you with your fitness and health goals…. help you achieve them.  Rhino has a vision of sponsoring all future local NPC Oregon shows. We want to have a presence here in Oregon to support our local bodybuilding community. For Rhino our vision of who we are does not stop there.
